Consent and Liability Release 

I acknowledge the risks associated with participating in the CROSS men’s retreat at Northside Christian Church and assume full responsibility for any injury, harm, damage, or death that may occur. I release and hold harmless CROSS, Northside Christian Church, and all related representatives from any liability arising from my participation. I authorize appropriate emergency medical care if needed and understand I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses, as no insurance is provided for this activity
